The Gopher State Roundup is a 501(c)(3) non-profit (GSR). GSR values the privacy of our participants. Through GSR's participant tools, GSR may collect and store contact information from individuals as it is knowingly provided to us, including email addresses. GSR does not distribute personal information or email addresses to third parties. We use this information to contact individuals via email and mail with additional resources that might be of interest, including hospitality suites, volunteering, and room rentals. You may choose at any time not to provide personally identifiable information, although this may restrict our ability to provide information.

GSR does not retain or disclose checking account or credit card account information provided by its participants. When participants choose to pay by credit card they are paying through Square and GSR does not own or maintain that data.
GSR does not take photographs during its events, we do not solicit photographs from our participants, nor do we share photographs via this website, social media, or other means. Photos by participants are not banned and may be taken in public settings during public events.
For users that volunteer through our website, we store the personal information they provide in their user profile indefinitely. Website administrators can see and edit that information. See CHOICE TO OPT OUT below for instructions on how to request removal of your data from GSR's database.
